City of Bellevue - Valley Creek at 21st Street NE Culvert Replacement Project

The City of Bellevue Utilities Department will replace the existing Valley Creek culvert under NE 21st Street on the east side of 140th Avenue NE as part of the City of Bellevue's Capital Improvement Program to help maintain the creek and drainage system and reduce road flooding in the area, as well as restore the creek through removing silt and overgrowth.
